Check out this episode of Chewing The Fat with Big & Beefy. Chef Rob Burmeister (BIG) will be rehashing about his stint at The Food Truck Rock Carnival this past weekend. Burmeister was on hand to judge the food trucks with CHOPPED Chef Eric LeVine. Although they didn’t know they were being judged it still worked out. Chef Dom from The Next Food Network Star had his Mac and Cheese Truck there and boy was his one of the best.
BIG also got a chance to cook for the featured bands at the festival as well as hang out with them on stage.

Chewing The Fat with BIG & BEEFY are LIVE on location at GrilleStone Restaurant in Scotch Plains NJ hosting The Celebrity Chef Charity Chili Cook Off. Proceeds of this event will benefit the Support for Susana Fund and The Tommy Lindsey Supplemental Needs Fund. After such a successful WING FIGHT at Chef Eddie Canlon’s Restaurant in November, Chef Klaus Kronsteiner and owner Frank Peterpaul decided to continue the charity cook offs by coming up with this one.
On the bill as always is Chef Rob Burmeister, Chef Clemenza Caserta Jr., Chef Eddie Canlon, Chef John Sierp and Chef Barret Beyer. Chef Lou Marfolio is also coming in from The Island. Staten Island is heading into Jersey from a real deal Throwdown. Chef Klaus, Chef David Viana and Chef Sean Wilson from NJ will be there too as well as some firemen and novice cooks.

He is the founder of a great organization called “Hip4Kids”. Chef Chris Daly will be calling in to talk about his projects and great healthy products including the delicious “Chocolate HIP Cookie. Trust me when I say it is one of the best cookies I have ever eaten (quoted by Big). It is The Healthiest Cookie In The World as seen on The Rachael Ray Show. Chef Rob has helped out in Chef Chris’ cause doing demos in schools to teach kids how to eat healthier.
