One of New Jersey’s best chefs Eric Levied Chews The Fat with Big and Beefy about The Food Truck and Rock Carnival this weekend and of course his stint on Food Network’s CHOPPED and CHOPPED Champions.

Chef Rob “BIG” Burmeister tells all about the wet and wild experience at The New Jersey Taco Festival in Susex County.

“Big” will be a judge on hand at The Food Truck and Rock Carnival this coming Friday and will also be cooking for the likes of such bands as Slash, Black Label Society, Anthrax, Puddle of Mud and many many more.
