Check out this episode of Chewing The Fat with Big & Beefy. Chef Rob Burmeister (BIG) will be rehashing about his stint at The Food Truck Rock Carnival this past weekend. Burmeister was on hand to judge the food trucks with CHOPPED Chef Eric LeVine. Although they didn’t know they were being judged it still worked out. Chef Dom from The Next Food Network Star had his Mac and Cheese Truck there and boy was his one of the best.
BIG also got a chance to cook for the featured bands at the festival as well as hang out with them on stage.
