Chef Hayes is the Chef Instructor at New Dorp High School’s Culinary Program. Chef Matt is also a US Army Veteran and Nutritionist. We will also be getting a call in from Nevada Radio Show “THE POOLE PARTY”. Thats right the chefs are spreading their culinary wings. “BACON JAM” creator Chef Sean Quinn will also be calling in right from the line of Chadwick’s restaurant to chat with the studio.
